Maddalena Grassi Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides home healthcare services in Milan in agreement with and contract with the Lombardy Region. Every year it has about 2,500 patients and every day it performs on average 400 home visits with various types of operators: specialist doctors, palliative doctors, nurses, pediatric nurses, physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, neuropsychomotor therapists, obs. It also provides assistance to HIV patients and palliative care patients. In the last 5 years he has consolidated a particular experience in the home care of minor patients suffering from very serious disabilities, of genetic or traumatic origin. The homes for HIV patients of Seveso and Concorezzo, the medium-intensity psychiatric community, the residence for the disabled and the Vigevano day center complete the socio-medical offer of the Maddalena Grassi Foundation.
