This app is designed for people who are familiar with yoga and sun salutation positions, but in need for some extra support to build their routine, or who just enjoy a simple guidance.
René van der Werf has sung the mantra`s, wich can be chosen as optional guidance.

Great app. I particularly appreciate being able to set the time to hold each position. I have not used the mantra option, but the gong and bell are perfect. Precisely what is needed, and the best of a number of surya namaskar apps I have tried. Many thanks to the developer!

By far the most simple, efficient, customizable and no nonsense Surya Namaskar app... Only con, is that the mantra sounds totally off... It must be done with proper pronunciation and intonation, ideally from a native Indian guru who would get it right... Otherwise it is awesome... been using it for a few years now

For a few months now while during the practise the number of rounds done and remaining is not showing. Please revert to the original version which recorded this on the screen while the session was in practice. Thank you so much for your valuable contribution
