Awful Cannot login ever, despite the fact that I have my sim, my number, my email address, my billing address, DOB, and all information that should be needed to access my account Rakuten has cheap services, but in hindsight, I would rather pay more and actually be able to contact someone about my payment plan etc Especially seen as when you go to the store for extra assistance, they just tell you to use this app. If you're researching before you get a phone contract, consider something else

So far the best price/value I have experienced in Japanese operators. Plus the app is okay, and does the job, no serious complains, maybe a little bit about the weird interface and ugly English font. Besides the above average application, I am a bit worried about the new unlimited deal, which doesn't work even if I am in the rakuten network area; where I get hooked on the partner network. Anyway, for the price I have been paying, I can close an eye and hope the rakuten network kicks in properly

Overall this app is great when checking the amount of used data. I allow this app to access while-in-use location data, and this app asks me for location data access every time when I open this app. It would be great if some privacy related explanation is shown and the app is designed not to display the dialogs for location data access repetitively.
