I ordered from Little Box and had a very disappointing experience. The top fit me well, but the bottom was extremely tight and uncomfortable. When I tried to return the product, I found that there was no proper return option available. Their website and customer service are confusing and unhelpful, and they don’t respond promptly to emails or messages. It feels like once you make a purchase, you are stuck with it—even if the size is wrong.Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Very disappointed with my order from little box . The material was of poor quality and did not match the expectations. I returned the item, but I have still not received my refund. I was informed that there would be a deduction of ₹99, which I accepted, but it has already passed the mentioned refund date and no amount has been credited to my account. This was very misleading and frustrating. Would not recommend ordering from them.

I had a horrible experience with Little Box. I ordered a dress, but received the wrong size, poor fabric, and dull color. The app has no proper “My Orders” or “Cancel” option. They gave me a credit voucher instead of refund, but it didn’t work! Customer support was useless — no real help, only automated replies. Totally disappointed, never ordering again.
