Works relatively well. I'm a customer; it was a welcome alternative provided by a tech who came to my home to provide additional Fobs, which come with a hefty price tag. The tech certainly did not oversell, said the app was glitchy, which it was for some time. It would randomly sign you out. But, once you sign back in, it worked fine (many updates have addressed that!). I never had issue with it failing to function. I've used it from other cities and countries to arm/disarm without issue. 🙏🏾

Since the latest update, it has a glitch where every time I enter my pin, it says your PIN must be at least three digits, when there's more digits punched in than that. I have to enter my PIN four or five times before it works. you can forget about trying to use it when you walk in, it takes at least a minute to work, might as well walk to the alarm panel and turn it off manually. Also, how about adding a dark mode, please. The bright white background damn near blinds me every time I open it.

App is very slow. It takes less time to unlock the door, disarm the alarm at the panel, and walk around the building to turn on all the lights and computers than it does to disarm the alarm with the app. My phone spends 98% of it's time in landscape orientation. When trying to disarm the alarm, this app only shows the keypad numbers 1 2 and 3, the remaining numbers are drawn off-screen. This app needs to properly support landscape orientation.
