Ratings and reviews

This app no longer syncs with the device due to an android 16 update, therefore everything has to be put in manually. Wands are so pricey to restock each month, it's unfortunate that this is not a reliable device anymore. Additionally, it can take awhile to get wands shipped, so make sure you order them well before needed and don't wait for the monthly subscription. This isn't fast enough. Seeing hormone levels is nice but it did miss my LH surge last month.

I really like what Mira tracks and the data that I'm able to see regarding my hormones. I do sometimes have problems getting the app to sync with my device and have to restart the device more frequently that I would expect - thankfully, that's not difficult to do. I would also love if there was a notification feature so that I got notified on days that I need to test. Otherwise, the app and tracker are a great addition to my FAM practice.

Update: I was finally able to set up my account after a lot of clicking around (in random blank locations..) and after reaching out to customer support. Bumping my rating from 1 to 3 stars due the quick and efficient customer service response. The app still needs some work overall and frankly, I'm surprised the app passed QA considering the price of the tracker. - Bought the kit and the app won't even let me create my account despite meeting all the password requirements. Such a waste of money.
