Ratings and reviews

Overall a good product with a few improvements needed. You can't export your data into a spread sheet so we have to manually log the data daily into Excel. The mira max wands always expire less than a year from purchase. It's gotten a little better, my last purchase they won't expire for 10 months, before it was less. When they expire they don't work and are thrown out. It would be much better if they made the expiration over a year like most medications it's 1 to 3 years from purchase.

Not a fan of the interface changes. It just takes extra clicks to get to the wand timer, which I need more than anything else when I open the app. It also needs more menopause transition features. It helped me confirm I'm menopausal at a very early age so I started hormone therapy. I'd like to be able to indicate I'm on therapy with my previous stage 'locked-in' so I can track how the therapy is changing my levels and what they are on days when I still have symptoms, specifically migraines.

This app no longer syncs with the device due to an android 16 update, therefore everything has to be put in manually. Wands are so pricey to restock each month, it's unfortunate that this is not a reliable device anymore. Additionally, it can take awhile to get wands shipped, so make sure you order them well before needed and don't wait for the monthly subscription. This isn't fast enough. Seeing hormone levels is nice but it did miss my LH surge last month.
