this so called updated process is so frustrating, you can't switch to a new device, if you change a device and when you call the line too it is a whole headache of long waiting, if not lucky it will take you days to have it done. they annoying part is, after the long wait, you will be told to uninstall and reinstall, meanwhile you have already done it and it didn't work, but when the say it and you do it, it starts to work. MTN YOU NEED TO RETHINK THIS AND COME AGAIN. THE PROBLEM STILL PERSIST.

its a good and nice app to use, but its got some flaws in it. I download the app on my iPhone and android, then I mistakenly deleted it so now I have download it back on my android but it keeps signing me out like I need to start from at fresh after I clear my recent page which is not normal. And when I signed in and go to device connected to remove completely the 2 devices it doesn't do that but its show that I was lastly connected in September 19 meanwhile I just recently signedin my account

Factory resetting my phone locked me out of the app. The system treats the same device as a new one and demands verification from a non-existent 'Primary Device.' I cannot access my account, and customer support is unreachable. This is a critical, unworkable bug.
