I registered for this app because it provided US bank details. After receiving one successful payment, I can no longer see it—it now says “not available in your region.” I had shared these details across all the platforms I work on. It’s very bad that they stopped my USD receiving account without any notice.

The app almost freezes in the splash screen... It takes too much time and doesn't even load, and it happened second time I tried to open the app after creating account, verifying my identity, and even create the wallet with its virtual card. Now the app is almost unusable cuz it freezes on start

okay, so i incorrectly deposited USDT instead of USDC reached out to the customer care.. it took a while but because I deposited it on same wallet address on same network, i reached out to customer care and they went out of their way to add a feature that enables users recover my assets. best customer care ever 👌
