Ratings and reviews

Every time I try to login instead of my balance pulling up it just spins and spins and spins and then shuts down and then I tap on the app icon again to reopen it and it still spinning or maybe it's just a blank black page... this app is completely useless and needs to be revamped. come on PayPal, you're way better than this and I know that you have access to superior IT program developers, time to tap into their services and get this mess fixed. this is messing with businesses.

The problem with the app is probably the home page. If the balance is loading or fully loaded, try clicking a different page multiple times until the app responds. This will take multiple attempts, and the app may crash a few times also. But once you're away from the home screen, other features else seem to be working properly. Avoid going back to the main home page at all cost so you don't have to repeat the process. I found this out my playing around and testing the app.

Problems for months now. This used to be a great app and I have used it for years. Now I can't get my balance to load which keeps all the other features from working including creating invoices. Super inconvenient. I have been checking for an update for months and so far there hasn't been one. I keep having to go into a web browser instead which is a pain to do on my phone. Hoping you can fix this glitch soon.
