I used to love the website and was excited when I heard the whole thing got moved to an app. Now, I wish there were neither because the whole system is buggy. I've seen my kids' buses "stuck" in one spot, or the app doesn't notify that the bus is within the set minute arrival time. My kids have missed the bus more times than I can count due to no notification.

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. This app is trash, and I much preferred the website. Additionally, it does not make sense that I can not set my student up to receive the bus alerts. I am in full work mode at work by the time my high school student leaves out to catch the bus. I don't see the notifications until it is too late. The alerts are more important to the bus rider (especially high school).

I much preferred the website; I could actually see where the bus was and how far it was from our stop. So far I have received one notification of what should have been six, and the app just does not load at all around pickup/dropoff time. If there's a "light version of the portal" coming, maybe that should have been finished and released before forcing everyone onto a non-functional app.

Please verify that SMART Alerts are on for each setting and each student you selected (To School/To Home/Load/Unload), and that the correct route is assigned to your student.
