I'm pretty disappointed in this app. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to add a planned route to the app in hopes in could send it to my bike. I couldn't figure out why the add route button was missing from me and finally found out the 4 inch displays can't use the app for routes, they can only be added directly on the bike. What's the point and value add of this app then? I see more bikes on the road with the 4 inch screens than any other how is this not supported? Really bummed out.

Tried to transfer planned routes from computer to phone. Would not transfer. Would not even sync as a single account. Tried to plan the same route on phone in the app. Kept trying to use another app for the map. Very poor. If nothing else would have though the app and online account would sync. Not happening with this.

The app was working when I first installed it except for the bike health which still showed the bike at the dealership. Then, about 2 weeks in, it stopped working altogether, never getting past the initial screen and shuts down. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to no avail. Even the dealer can't figure it out. Disappointed. If you're going to offer tech, make sure it actually works. 23 Chieftain Limited and Galaxy S8. After working for a couple of weeks, it's back to not opening.
