The app is overall good and simple,and I like it. However, a few important improvements and upgrades are essential to compete in your market: 1. Occasional crashes! Fix the bugs... 2. The onboarding surely needs more attention. 3. More payment options should be added, including iDeal! 4. How come paypal sometimes is an option sometimes not? 5. Partner with certain fintech such as Revolout, enabling more clients to register faster.

Bikes are terrible. Customer service is slow and clumsy, like the app itself. Credit expires after 3 months, so occasional use gets very expensive. Almost halve of the bikes are nonfunctional. Trying to end your ride? App crashes and ride (that costs money by the minute) keeps going. Trying to submit a picture of your bike when you're done with it and parked it? App keeps throwing out errors, making your ride minutes longer and therefore euros more expensive.

The worst bike sharing experience ever, they didn't want me to logout so I needed to pay almost 99 euros for 15 min ride. Plus I add the picture of how your hands are after using the vehicle. Many times btw their bikes are not charged even though they appear to be and you need to bike them yourself ( believe me it cost you more energy then going on normal bike). In general just ridiculous service, I cannot believe that it's still legal in Holland.
