How much does felyx cost?

Do I need a driver’s license?

To rent an e-moped, you need a Class B, A, or AM license. For e-bikes, no driver’s license is required.



Can I drive and park outside a service area?

You can drive outside the service zones shown on the map, but starting and ending a rental is only possible within those areas.

Two mopeds wrongly parked one in the middle of a street, there's no chance to contact them, absolutely useless, another one broken so it's not even on the map, I was trying to help but they absolutely don't care

used Felix for years, now you cant report anything anymore, chat doesn't work ( I've opened one for a week, never got any reaction) scooters are more and more damaged, missing pieces, broken elements. Pictures at rental switch off are not required anymore, so they can speculate on anyone if there's damages, main reason why after years as a customer I'm deleting my account.
