Ratings and reviews

Latest version is another down grade. The insights graph day/week/month font is miniscule & barely legible. The energy usage bars have disappeared. And for a company that sells energy, it should get the title right. It's an energy usage graph not a power usage graph. The clue is on the units i.e. kWh. And reverted to having to enter email & password every other time is used.

2023: The updated version of the app puts itself into landscape mode which seems to be impossible to use. I can't change my hour of power anymore because of the landscape problem, and there's no way to scroll up and down in the app to access any functions. This new version is hopeless! 2024: Update installed and the app still only runs in landscape mode so still not useful. Still can't change the hour of power because of this. How hard can it be?!?

1. It's getting extremely annoying having to login to your app every time you update it. Fix it! It's a utilities company's app, do not make it painful when it's been a positive and convenient thing so far. 2. It's increasingly frustrating with the overbearing focus on "off-peak" times by diminishing "Hour of Power" which has been your big thing. They're both good things, have them both! Why's one bloody tab empty & nothing when the HoP tab is now all "off-peak" data unless you toggle it??!!
