The app was slow and a bit glitchy at times, but it worked well enough for having my library card digitally and at least seeing my account. I had to place holds and renew with the library itself on my laptop because that aspect never functioned well. Now there was an update and it won't even find my library. Useless waste of phone space at this point.

App will not even open. Read other comments and some people are having similar issues. It just surprises me that this company cannot or will not hire competent people who can actually make an app that works like it should. And the worst part, there are no responses from the developers at all. To me, that says a lot.
