Was great to be able to Video on Demand, especially since it was for something I get fairly often. Couldn't get an appointment at the clinic today, it was booked, so this worked great. I felt very comfortable talking with the provider and felt she was very knowledgeable! Will definitely use it again if the need arises.

Excellent service, with a sting later. AI questionnaire got to the likely diagnosis, then got to talk to a real physician via video for 90 seconds. There was a check point to acknowledge there would be a charge. I thought it would be similar to other on-demand services ($40-$100) but actually much more expensive (over $300). Based on that would not use again.

A little long to set up, and I had to re-enter information that already exists within my health service provider account. It surprisingly didn't recognize my microphone, but it could have been due to my headset. Dr. quickly called my cell and all went well. I don't anticipate a long setup in any other calls
