First, there is no feedback mechanism on the app. Second, the system is not flexible enough. Don't force everyone to do transactions online. I brought all the physical documents to PDAO complete with an edit requested by one of their person ell only to be told I can only renew my card electronically. That was a waste of my time and a major inconvenienve. Not everyone is tech savvy enough or has someone on hand to do these things for them. How do you get physical ID? Will the store take eIDs?

I thought it was similar to the eGOV app where you can see the digital version of your NATINAL ID here in the app, but it doesn't exist QC ID and it just says REGISTER QC ID🤦🏻‍♂️ I'm sure you shouldn't have done the health permit online because it used to be a 1-day process, even though there's a long line, now you can get it in 1week

The app is complete messed up. Why do they even force users to do online transaction when you can get the requirements before thru one-day process? Why is the HEALTH CARD taking so long to process just bcoz of the HEAD APPROVAL? Is it too hard to approve it? The one-day process before turns now into 2 weeks or even 1 month process. Please fix it up.
