I made a booking today at 6:25 PM for home sample collection, and this is what happened: We called the rider, and he said he was busy and would be there around 9 PM. Then the rider was changed, the booking was rescheduled, the rider was changed again, and then it was canceled. What kind of negligent service is this? I'm giving one star because even the customer service on WhatsApp today was super slow in replying. They seemed to try to entertain multiple customers at the same time.

There are so many bugs in the App. The address is repeating itself on the home booking option. If we don't select a patient profile while making a booking it doesn't throw any error, rather the button just remains disabled. If something's required, it should reflect. There are many more bugs like these and some extra useless stuff... NEEDS ALOT OF IMPROVEMENTS...

i used to like this app because it shows you all the history of reports of your family, but from last few months and with the latest update APP wasn't able to retrieve my data. I though it lost the previous data, but it is also not showing any recent reports as well. It is getting so much difficult to get my own data.
