The network drops to edge whenever I enter a building.Not all buildings but most buildings ..The metro system too ,whenever I get on a metro the network goes down

The app doesn't provide any other languages beside Russian, the first time i had this SIM card was back in november 2021, it was working just fine, i had the unlimited data tariff, then they chagend it to 50gb per 500, and now it became 700 only for the 40gb or the 45 one. You should really take a step back and just think about these modifications that you did made in less than 2 years.The data doesn't last more than 15 days as if we ate it instead of using it. Your service is the worst 👎
