Do Not use this app . They don't return money back but it will be held with them , you can use only 18% of it for ypur booking 🙄🙄🙄. Spam app . Don't download it . Use ostrovok . Its much better.

Часто попадается скам, деньги не возвращаются, остаются на их кошельке - такова политика. Поддержка работает через раз, в последний раз не ответили

Здравствуйте! При бронировании везде указано, что вы можете отменить бронь до 18-00 дня заезда. Отмена возможна только для повторного бронирования. ДС возвращаются в виде внутренней валюты на эл. кошелек для следующих бронирований. Удобно, отменить можно хоть при заезде, если жилье не понравилось. С Уважением, Мария Менеджер по качеству ТВИЛ
