please give the option to return to the old interface, at least aesthetic wise. also I don't like the idea the mind "map"being the primary framework. although this may be a useful framework for some therapies, i think it might lead to some ppl over-identifying with some of the very issues they're trying to distance themselves from

Overall being is great for addressing the most specific and focused needs for your mental health and well-being. A large variety of mini therapies are available to focus on those topics you wouldn't otherwise be able to find readily available materials for, when the need were to arise in the moment. Definitely worthwhile to give the app a try.

Out of all free mental health apps, Being is the greatest out there in my opinion. As someone who's trying to save money and as someone who's looking for a low to medium interaction level with therapy/meditations, this is perfect. It's wonderful that there is a team member available to talk with you if you're having a particularly hard time and just need someone to listen. My only critique is, some of the exercises are overly positive approaches to serious subjects. It's OK to accept sadness.
