Was just a match made in heaven up until this week. Digipass has gotten suspended twice for false suspension repeated use and actually froze immediately after 1st use yesterday, smh. Also, digipass didn't start until you actually used it. Only way it activated immediately if it was a overlapping pass. It never used to just "start" right after purchasing.

I love this app so much!!! Not only is super convenient, but the customer service team is one of the best I've ever been serviced by from a company!! They're always extremely nice and go above and beyond when rectifying situations!

Digipass is a more accessible and affordable way to travel on public transportation around the city and suburbs. Ever since I acquired DigiPass formerly known as triphelper, I have been absolutely amazed by the consistency of the service and the quality of the help responses that I receive when I need them from the chat line.
