⏩ What's the purpose of this app?

It's not exactly controversial that YOU NEED A ROUTINE. But it's hard to stick to your schedule when the endless entertainment of the internet is available at your fingertips. Lock my Phone kills that lure so you can concentrate on what's actually important.

While your device is locked you can still access the apps on your lockscreen, take phone calls and call emergency numbers (911 etc.) and emergency contacts (see below). If you unlock it during a lock period it will be locked again right away.

⏩ Three Main Features:

1. Recurring lock periods, for example to lock your phone every evening during the week after 10 pm.

2. One time lock periods for when you just want to concentrate for 45 minutes while studying.

3. Geocheck-Feature: Only lock your device if you are in a certain area. Helpful so your phone isn't locked while you're out with friends.

⏩ What's the difference between the free and the premium version?

You can only have one lock period in total on the free version, so you can either have 1 one time lock or 1 recurring lock period. You can have unlimited lock periods (of each type) in the premium version.

There are no ads in either version.

Ratings and reviews

I really like the app, and it has been awesome to have. However, I have to lower my rating because I've been having some issues with some of the security features. For example, you are supposed to be able to make phone calls after the app has locked your phone. This feature used to work. However, on two separate occasions, this feature has not worked at all. I couldn't call my husband or 911 on these occasions and felt very unsafe. Please fix this.

Had a switch from my OnePlus phone that had a built-in zen mode software to the Xperia that has none. This app is exactly what I wanted and more from the OnePlus Zen mode. Let's me schedule on certain days and how much time I need for a break. The app doesn't block any music software from the background. All that for 2.99$ guarantee lifetime is well worth the purchase

This is a fantastic app, having spared me from numerous instances where I would've compulsively scrolled my phone for hours rather than worked on a task or gone to sleep. I'd love to see a version which produces the same lock effect (with custom timer and paywall) when the user attempts to access a blacklisted app, as the current "App Lock" apps are too easily bypassed, unlike this lock effect. Thank you for this life-changing app!
