Worked fine with 2 phones no problems. Started using a keypad instead on a daily basis with no problems. Tried to use the app to set up a new user for the keypad and discovered the lock and keypad aren't available in the app because I haven't used it for a while. Good job I wasn't outside with a flat keypad battery when I found out about this "Feature"

The app never rings when the door is unlocked... Never! Battery optimization is off, and still nothing. I have the bridge, but it's useless if I can't hear the doorbell ring. I had a Pixel 6 Pro and had the issue and now with my Pixel 8 Pro... same thing.. even if the app is open, it doesn't ring. And when I run the diagnostics, it shows everything is connected.

Keep having stability issues with this. Locked myself out without keys a couple times. Setup is confusing. The custom cylinder parts to size it are incorrectly suggested so that it will never fit together. I managed to set up the lock after a lot of trial and error. Connecting the keypad however remains unsuccessful. It only says "cannot change location settings of the device" this eventhough I did grant the app the location permission. Edit: support says Pixel is not supported, does not help.
