Ratings and reviews

Such a great idea and totally reliable (in that, eventually, it always opens the door), yet just incredibly slow and inconsistent. Sometimes it opens everything straight away, sometimes you have to wait minutes(!) only to have the doors open when you're long inside. It's just so frustrating and ludicrous. Also, one has to restart the app regularly whenever the status can't load.

The app is easy to use but it can be easier. I hoped it could sync the status of the door instantaneously. I also wish to have a list of all devices I have when I open the app instead of having categories of devices. Device setup had some failures before I managed to make it work.

Very intuitive app. Pleasing to the eye. can't take no for an answer, though, if you don't need automatic unlock and therefore don't want to turn off battery optimization for the app.
