The Propeller Job Management & Compliance System provides an essential software solution for any sized business with field-based engineers and compliance requirements.
Propeller enables engineers to view and manage their daily operations from their mobile device and complete all their paperwork electronically from site, such as compliance certificates, quotations and invoices. The app can provide full or limited access to your customer database and allows jobs to be raised, scheduled and completed through the app from any location, on or offline.
Used in conjunction with our powerful Compliance & Administrator portal - large, complex projects can be raised, managed and scheduled to be completed by field-based operatives.
Information can be easily shared via email to clients and colleagues and is also instantly synced with the Propeller online portal, meaning office administrators can have real-time access to job data. For peace of mind, all data is stored for as long as required on your own Propeller data cloud, facilitating compliance with industry requirements and making lost paperwork a thing of the past.
The Propeller app supports multiple trades and also supports corporate and social housing service and maintenance contracts. Features include personal access and reports for landlords and letting agents to keep them easily up to date with the process of their works.
