About this app

The Application Portal system was built with the goal of digital transformation in Party agencies with the following goals:
- Digital transformation in the activities of party agencies to innovate, create comprehensive changes, and improve quality in leadership methods, executive direction, working style and working habits.
- Organize digital infrastructure and overall digital platform, synchronously and modernly; Strengthen capacity, restructure technical infrastructure and develop information and data systems according to a unified, centralized architecture at the Central level.
- Strengthen connection, integration, and sharing of information and data, effectively support the work of advising, serving, leading, directing, and operating at party agencies from central to grassroots level, as well as between party agencies and state agencies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
Implementing the goal of digital transformation, recently, the Party Central Committee Office in coordination with relevant departments and software development units has currently built an Application Portal (iCPV) with the goal of:
- Integrating and providing modern digital services: Is a centralized platform to integrate applications and services to serve the leadership, direction, administration and management of party agencies. Provide a user-friendly, convenient experience when accessing and using related digital services.
- Synchronous connection and data optimization: Integrate and link different information systems and databases in party agencies. Create a synchronous and safe digital working environment, helping to reduce information processing time and improve work efficiency.
- Information security and data safety: Ensure the system is strictly protected according to network security standards, in accordance with legal regulations and requirements of party agencies. Strictly manage access, use, and sharing of information on the application portal.
- Serve internal users effectively: Enhance the ability to support remote working, teamwork and information sharing on digital platforms. Ensure all officials and employees in party agencies are supported with modern, synchronous and easy-to-use working tools
