Ratings and reviews

Recently the app force closes when reaching 87% on sync. I get a pop up message that says : "Something went wrong with Circular Circular closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." If I do a factory reset I'll lose all the data I've collected since receiving the ring. The app needs to be fixed & not just say to do a reset. Plus I'm waiting for the extra functionality that was promised.

I was so excited just to be let down!! I waited a month to recieve the ring. I finally got it 3 days ago. the app worked for 1 day and it hasn't sync data in 2 days. I've rebooted the ring, force stopped the app, cleared cache. I am extremely disappointed, maybe I should have gotten the Oura Ring 4 instead for the same price without the hassle. No to mention, the customer service is 3-4 weeks on responding to inquiries.

this app is utter rubbish. I wish I hadn't backed the kickstarter. my ring stopped connecting September 3rd, and nothing I've done has gotten it to sync. it's now November, so it's been scrap metal for months now. the ring itself arrived way too small, despite my using their measuring tool app, and customer support gave me the runaround when I tried to get that addressed. do not buy.
