I don't think I've ever been able to log in on the app, but maybe one time since I've installed it. Every time I try, it just kicks me right back to the login screen. I posted my first review and received this message as a reply 2 months ago: Adminco Inc 2/20/22 We are sorry you are having trouble with your login. We always work to improve your experience in our app. Please contact Member Services if you need help. Nothing has been improved or fixed to make the app work, so I deleted it.

Froze while registering. Tried to sign in after it finally unfroze and it says it doesn't recognize my username/password. Attempt to register as a first time user again and now the "continue" button at the end of the first step (plan ID and name/birthday) literally does nothing. It's just stuck on that page of the app. And the website on the letter I received that initiated this path of fruitless frustration is invalid. I clicked the Aetna sponsored link in Google results and it's a dead link.

Unusable!! Problems started from trying to register on the app and accepting passwords etc . Possible Browser conflict download PDF is the problem they stated. You try to download the PDF and it automatically switches to your files with all your PDFs visible with their download nowhere to be found . I Uninstalled!!
