Sensate no longer connects with the Bluetooth on my device. Have had zero (0) issues up to now and "poof", no longer connects. $250 + taxes down the drain. What gives guys? Why has your app become all but impossible to use? I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Guess it becomes the most expensive paperweight I've ever owned. So, so, so disappointed.

The holiday ad inside the app makes the app stall. I am updated on the latest version with a flagship pixel 6 pro. I don't recommend getting the sensate if you can find another device just as good. While it works exceptionally well, it's major downfalls are a blue light that doesn't switch off( which person missed the memo on blue light science?), and the second major issue is that you can't use the thing without the app. Very poor design. You have to put on your phone and wake yourself up.

Not great. Device routinely loses connection with app. And for some reason it appears you need to have internet access for the sensate to do its thing. Wanted to give this 5 stars, because when it works it works really well. But it fails and stalls so often, it interferes with the calm it's meant to create. Sorry guys. Hope this gets patched in the future.
