2nd edit: 1star for giving generic response Edit:Months ago I changed my bank account. Income has only increased since. Sending habits same. Earnings decreased by 100's. Said it would increase with time. Never did. In the past, they adjusted my earnings manually due to salaried w/o schedule. Now say they can't. App almost no good to me anymore. Prev:Excellen! It does what it says. Everything is instant. No hidden fees. I don't log hours. I'm an independent contractor, and it still works for me

This app fraudulently charged my bank account almost $4000 during a repayment due to a problem with their system they claimed they had no idea how to fix. To this day I was never refunded the full amount I am owed back from them because they don't have accurate records of what happened because of issues on their back end that caused my bank account to be charged almost 40 seperate times. DO NOT EVER USE THIS APP. edit: This is the reply you can expect with life devasting issues they caused

Have used a few times now with no issues. Very easy with no hidden fees and only $3.99 to get the money in minutes. They do ask for a tip which is optional, but I personally don't mind doing so considering they need to be able to cover the costs associated with keeping the app functioning somehow and don't do so by charging a monthly membership or other hidden fees. I appreciate having the app handy for when I'm in a pinch. 🙂
