The "Photo Report" document allows the merchandiser to create a photo report linking photos to a specific item or client.
Thanks to the use of a GPS coordinate system, it becomes possible to track the start and end times of a sales representative’s work “in the fields”; the route along which the sales representative moves, which will ultimately lead to increased discipline and responsibility of the staff. The transaction log stores all the key actions of a mobile sales representative, which allows you to subsequently build an optimal system of employee motivation, and also increases the discipline of working with funds received from the client.
A sales representative, while working at a point, types an order, taking into account the actual balances of goods in the warehouse, which reduces the possibility of under-delivery of goods, and the PDA also controls the restrictions set for each specific point - limits, debt, and so on.
