I have to be up early as a barista. Having an alarm set to my sleep pattern was a game changer. This makes it easy! Edit: this has actually turned out to be my favorite sleep schedule tool ever. I've returned to it even after deleting once when I thought I found something better. Simple, easy to look at, EFFECTIVE. literally had this app for like 5 years..? A long time favorite.

I've been managing severe insomnia for a couple years. Now, I set a wake time that allows me to wake in a good mood (having completed a cycle) as opposed to being a zombie all day (being woken in deep sleep). The timing has improved my days, and makes limited amounts of time for sleep more productive. When I wake in the night, I can reset my alarm slightly to adjust for the interruption. Or, if I wake without enough time to complete a final cycle, I get up early without a zombie effect all day:)

I've only been using the app for 2 nights, but both times resulted in me waking more alert than I have for the past month. Even when I would get an adequate amount of sleep, I'd be tired getting up, or lose my energy halfway through the day. With this app, I've been able to wake up energized + stay energized. It's very nice :)
