I downloaded this bc I just paid for the yearly subscription for the Avast Mobile Security app, and it leads you to download this for the cleaning part, and at first I thought it was good, but the last 4 times I cleaned my phone, it took 27 mins, just for me to realize it hasn't even cleaned it. The first time it took a couple mins. And I have uninstalled several apps on my phone so that's way more space now than the first time it cleaned it. It's ridiculous.

I've used the free version of this cleaner for years (I also have the paid version of the antivirus). It's loaded on several of our phones and has performed wonderfully. It seems to be selective on which phones it will clean the hidden cache and browser history. I recently upgraded to a new phone and it will not clean those 2 items unless I purchase the cleaner. Seems like they are always looking to bleed more fees despite the constant barrage of ads. I will be looking for a different cleaner.

Edit: My phone's been fast since deleting. I will not reinstall. -------I thought my phone could have been running slow (it was firefox), so I downloaded avast and paid for a yearly subscription. My phone has been chugging for weeks and despite any settings changes I'd tried it didn't improve. After deleting the app, my phone actually got faster instantly. This was a cheaper lesson than most, and I'm grateful for that.
