The greatest fitness app that's out there, and what makes it the greatest, it's free. I've paid for fitness apps in the past, and it's not even close as detailed and efficient as this one. Currently serving in the armed forces, and it gave me a totally different perspective on fitness and coaching me along the way. The bonus is, for each workout, it tells you what they recommend for supplements, which is super cool. Nick Bare, my newfound mentor. Appreciate you. TOTALLY RECOMMEND BPN. 👌

Let me start off by saying, download this app. It really works. I used it to train for my first half marathon. I'm an athletic guy, but I'm more into lifting. I was just able to complete my half marathon at a 8:32 mile pace, and I have never run double digits before in my life. Only negative, obviously life happens so I had to miss some days running. The app wouldn't adjust to my race date. & it only allows you to log up to a week ahead of your current week. That sucked overall. It's excellent!

Really high quality interface but nowhere near enough variety, with 3 of the 4 courses tailored to running long distance. Moreover, the courses aren't set up to handle beginners (not everyone knows their 1 mile PB or 1 rep max prior to starting), and there's no way to create a custom set of workouts for certain goals or lifestyle restrictions - there aren't too many people that would benefit from this app, but the ones who do will likely have a very good experience with it.
