Extra info : Ok apperently the manul was not very clear. Now it can find the folder CSV and it contents. The manual did not state clearly that the folder should be in the root of the storage. Now it is working fine . {To bad it does not support excel files 😊 } I use this prigram because the brother software for apple does not support excel, csv transfer { windows version does support it } This last comment is as informatiin for all who tried to work with the database option ( e550 ) .

I have seen one I didn't put the ink in right or forgot to wipe it. Read part of the manual and I like it just for the name and know it is way more better then I know

This app only seems to work on IOS. When trying to use on my Google pixel it will not work.
