About this app

The Brother Print Service Plugin enables you to print directly from your Android devices (Android 5.0 or later), to your Brother printer through a Wi-Fi network. As this is a plugin application, you can print using the "Print" option of supported Android apps. Please see below for supported applications (as of March 2015):
- Chrome Browser
- Gmail
- Photos
- Google Sheets
- Google Slides
- Google Docs
- Google Drive
The following print options are available (compatible options will depend on the selected device):
- Copies
- Paper Size
- Color/Mono
- Orientation
- Media Type
- Quality
- Layout
- 2-sided
- Borderless
After installing this application, you must activate it in one of the following ways:
- Tap the icon displayed in the notification area immediately after installation, and enable it in the displayed screen.
- Tap "Settings" on your Android device and tap "Printing", then select "Brother Print Service Plugin". Enable it in the displayed screen.

I had my brother laser printer for several years now. The app almost as long. In the last month I have been getting nonstop error messages, even when I'm not using it. I'll wake up and have 10 error notifications. I'll print from my phone and there are no issues. The issue is with the app not the printer. I may just uninstall the app altogether.

I love brother products. they are made well and last longer than the other top brands. but once I connected to the auto refresh program, it's like they wanted to take control of my printer. I started having lots of issues, and month after month all they did was collect my subscription money with no assistance to fix issues like all of a sudden gaps in printing. never happened before. the print quality went way down. ink ran out faster on the magenta color, with daily cleanings?

It keeps having spooling errors or says the printer is unavailable. It worked just fine from my phone until I got the Ultra S26. Anybody know of a printer app that works? Thank you for your response. I did download the plug-in. Deleted the whole app and started from scratch. Still the same issues. Up until the recent upgrade of phones I didn't have issues. I bought a Canon multi function printer today to replace this one. I'm tired of fighting with it.
