Ratings and reviews

The app itself has issues in some of the connecting with the cars and unlocking or uploading while doing your check in and out. But my review is mainly about the company itself and they're horrible customer service. After what I went through with them after my first rental which was the only one that went easy and as it should have other than that every other one was issues the cars didn't look like they stated it was just horrible.

Really good experiences with this service. App works smoothly. The experience is better than a rental car. They don't charge extra fees for tolls and they even provide a credit if the car is returned with more fuel. Overall very fair. Just wish they had more quality control on the rentals but that's the tradeoff with the "sharing economy."

Bad experience twice - I wish I can give 0 stars. The car wouldnt open with their app and there was nothing they could do except to tell me to cancel the car and get credit for my next rental. This is all fine and dandy but the delay caused me to miss my plan - even though I found a new car, it was far and we left 3 hours later right on time for the traffic. This is not the first time this happens. Earlier rental, couldnt be opened as well. Not reliable at all
