Past bugs I noticed are fixed except this one. If I have 3 USD accounts and 2 of them are closed, I can't open a new account because the app counts all accounts irrespective of the account status (i.e., doesn't consider whether they are closed or open). It thinks I reached the max account limit when I should have 2 accounts left.

I'm going to be brutally honest. The app and banking experience overall is fine. Sign up was a breeze (the entire process, from downloading the app to having an active account and working digital card, took less than 15 minutes), in-app support is quick, responsive and helpful, and services are all working as expected. Physical card was delivered to my doorstep within 3 business days, and I've had zero issues making payments online and in person. App can be a bit slow and buggy, needs work.

The app is great with all its features, but the session keeps expiring for some weird reason. I can't even login to the app before the session expires. And no, I'm not switching networks, I'm on my local wifi network. Please fix this so I can modify the rating, it's definitely worth more but all the good stuff of the app is wasted if I can't even login whenever I want
