New app is horrible, looks nice, but the favourites page no longer shows simple things such as cash and trade in value. My favourites list includes items I own, which I like to track and see if they become worth more/less. But now you have to click each item individually. It's annoying. Same applies to search, click them one by one. Just a horrible update that took style over substance, and removed a useful quality of life feature Edit: they've broke it completely now, search results blank

Inaccurate. Displays items in stock in certain stores, but they actually aren't in store at all resulting in wasted trips. Wrong prices also showing for items as well on the app. Generally unusable in its current state going given all the misinformation. Following on from the email reply from CEX, it doesn't seem to be an issue with stock going missing. Staff in the stores are also saying the app is broken and are getting people coming in looking for items that aren't in. Please fix it.

We all know the saying, if isn't broken, don't fix it. The previous interface was better. Location worked fine before the update, now it doesn't, despite giving permission. And now no Google maps location for each store. Don't fix what isn't broken. Update: and now it doesn't show up any search results, so I can't find anything at all. Not going to make sales of customers can't even search for items! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it just shows a blank screen.
