The app is good. My two complaints are not being able to cancel tickets through the app. Also, not being able to fully customize Icees when ordering through the app. But I just ordered that when I got to the movies. Other than those two things, the app is great. Easy to use and navigate. No super annoying extra steps

Extra charges on everything (The processing fee costs more than a ticket; extra charge on concession even if I'm picking it up). Highly disappointing process. It really doesn't seem worth going to the theater anymore. At least things were saved to my cart, but if I backed up at all, I had to go through the whole process again just to access the cart. Makes no sense.

It was very frustrating and difficult to navigate the app without an actual CART that I can click on. THEN, I'm buying tickets for 2 different movies and, as soon as I'd added tickets for the 2nd movie, the tickets for the first movie were GONE! So, here we go again, trying to navigate a horrible app. I was forced to make 2 transitions after trying 3 times. Also, I updated my card, info for its new date and code, but the system wouldn't accept it.
