Ratings and reviews

When the app works, it is ok, but the website is down a LOT!

App has been broken since last update. Anytime anyone leaves bad reviews because the app is broke, they get replied with a automatic message that doesn't help.

Though I have had issues with the App, CNB has worked very hard to resolve everything. Very outstanding customer service, I must say.
