Since the update, I can't log in. Tried creating a new account, but because my phone number is linked to the one I can't access, I can't create a new account either. Tried the link through Facebook, but that just makes the login spaz out. Tried resetting the password, but it won't send a link to my email to do it. Looks like I've lost all my points. I've been using the app for 6+ years.

I had 1013 points. They "updated" the app and I lost ALL but 15. This is stealing! I've spent all this money and they took the points away. The new point system is ridiculous! You have to spend 85 dollars (vs 50 before) to get a free drink! In order to reach "Gold" status you need to have over 5000 points, which would've been faster to attain if I got to keep my old over 1000 points. Whomever decided these things is an inconsiderate thief! Also, their scanning system almost NEVER works!

Worst update! The point system is terrible! Same terrible update that Peets did AND Starbucks! Worst variety of reward options! And how does someone who was the highest tier for years not start at gold! I think I'll be making more drinks at home now bc I'm not at all happy about this reward system! It was one of the reasons I went aside from the food & drinks but as it's title states... it was a rewards for going! Not much a reward to go... more of a task!
