About this game

Connect bridges between islands to form one interconnecting path! Hashi are addictive bridge-connecting puzzles which were invented in Japan. Using pure logic and requiring no math to solve, these fascinating puzzles offer endless fun and intellectual entertainment to puzzle fans of all skills and ages.

Each puzzle is based on a rectangular arrangement of circles, where each circle represents an island and the number in each island tells how many bridges are connected to it. The object is to connect all islands according to the number of bridges so that there are no more than two bridges in the same direction and all bridges are interconnected enabling passage from any island to another.

To create a bridge simply swipe your fingertip between two islands. The game also features highlighting options, helping see in which directions bridges are allowed and whether an island segment is about to become isolated.

To help see the puzzle progress, graphic previews in the puzzle list show the progress of all puzzles in a volume as they are being solved. A Gallery view option provides these previews in a larger format.

For more fun, Hashi contains no ads and includes a Weekly Bonus section providing an extra free puzzle each week.

Slick interface on an ancient puzzle, various options for making solving easier like checking errors as you. Once you finish the packs that come free, if you're OCD and smart enough to knock out the supposed "very difficult" puzzles in a few minutes, a 50 pack will only last a few days before you need another fix. At .99-2.99USD that's gonna eat up your pocket money pretty quickly. Otherwise it's a nice implementation of a classic game. It's just the size and price of the packs I object to.

Fun. Takes concentration and gets harder as you go. And it is ad free which is absolutely the best. One problem is that as they get harder, the numbers are close together and it's difficult to draw a line without getting another number in the line. But overall enjoyable. Right after I posted this review, I discovered that I can zoom into the puzzle like with online maps. And also as the app publisher describes below.🙂

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the problem you describe, you can enlarge the grid using the zoom-in feature: place 2 fingers on the screen and pinch-out same way as when you want to enlarge a photo. You will then be able to play large puzzles easier without making mistakes.

It's a bit confusing at first. I highly recommend reading the tips they provide; that's what helped get me started & figure out how to play. Otherwise it's actually really fun!!! It's similar/along the same lines as like a Sudoko type puzzle. Fill in the blanks & process of elimination & trial & error. It's definitely challenging & a brain work out!!!
