Absolutely terrible verification process. The face scan doesn't tell you when it’s capturing, so after holding my eyes open for 5-8 seconds, it decides to take the scan when my eyes close. And if you make a mistake at any step, it throws you back to the beginning instead of letting you retry. Who designed this awful UX?

we try to activate the Card. but we can't .The application don't accept our document.why?we have real passport and real work permit card and we try many times(total 15 times) but the application don't accept.very bad.

After putting everything in... it just keeps stuck. I have been trying for like an hour... And can't figure it out
