To measure your walking or running activity this pedometer as all of other pedometers on app store uses accelerometer and doesn't use your phone’s GPS. So it should minimise battery use and helps you track your steps at the indoor stadium or inside the building. But unlike most of the other pedometers the main advantage of this running and walking step counter is the ability to set your own sensitivity that gives you more accurate way to calculate your steps and distance. For better counting accuracy we recommend tune your pedometer sensitivity before first walk. By default it set to 50%. Set lower sensitivity if the app counting too many steps and higher if not counting when you are walking or running. Counting accuracy also depends on where your phone is (hand, pocket, bag, etc.). So test step counter sensitivity with the place where your phone usually is.

The formula for calculating distance by dividing person height and weight to determine step longitude is horribly wrong mathematical formula, and I noticed a lot of pedometer apps are doing the same mistake. I have walked 2 times in a row around the park that is well known for being 2 km long which makes 4 km in total, yet the app has measured only 1.4 km because i have made 2048 steps. I have tested step counts with app's and phone's sensitivity and they turned to be accurate.

I haven't had this app long. I had an app with the same logo, called walklogger) on old phone (lost). The choice this time seemed confusing and I'm not sure I've installed the right thing..... This doesn't work in quite the same way and seems both more complex and less informative...🤔

Been using cell pedometers for more than a decade. This one shuts off without warning or notification. There's no accurate step count with it at the end of the day. Suggest you find another one.
