I've used this app for many years with no issues until the August update. Now I can't transact or even check the balance without getting an error.. just revert to your previous version as you sort your update. Even a rating of 1 is too generous for this sloppy upgrade

I have been having the best experience for more than 5 years but the last week I have had to uninstall and re-install the app three times, I cannot access funds through the app, I am now forced to use USSD. Something is terribly wrong after the recent update. Kindly resolve.

It was seamlessly working until the new update where I have to delete and reinstall the app because of an update. Now I'm trying to log in and am locked out of my own account. Visiting the nearest branch isn't possible being not in the country.
