Welcome to the new revamped mobile banking app from Diamond Trust Bank Tanzania Limited (DTB). The app provides an enhanced user experience that enables DTB account holders bank on the go wherever they are securely.

So, what can you do with this revamped app?

1. View details of your bank accounts.
2. Securely authorize transaction via a 4 digit pin or biometrically using fingerprints.
3. Utility bill presentment 5 days before bills are due for payment.
4. Access and select beneficiaries of mobile money transfer as well as airtime purchase from your phonebook.
5. Personalize your app by uploading custom profile picture.
6. Funds transfer to other banks via TISS.
7. Locate all branch and ATM’s close to your current location.
8. Initiate chequebook requests as well as stop cheque requests.
9. Facilitates everyday/regular expenses such as household bills and payments for goods and services, including buying Airtime
10. All basic functions such as checking your balance, loading a mini-statement, update bank information, adding and deleting users on commonly used accounts

1. Fingerprint authorization for transactions is available for applicable devices only
2. Customers need to have registered for DTB mobile banking service in-order to access services on the app. Mobile banking registrations can be done at any branch.

It was always user friendly but since today morning, I have been trying to check my balance and it would just load. When I checked for an update, I saw a new update and did it. Since I updated it, it keeps on crashing every single time. This has been really frustrating. I keep getting a message that this app has a bug and I need to wait for the future update to have it fixed.

For mobile transactions on the app, can you kindly add the name of person whom you are sending to. It would be easier if the number and name of person displays together.

WE NEED PRINTABLE and SHARABLE RECEIPTS AFTER TRANSACTIONS. I think this feature is lacking and it's very vital for a good user experience. Currently, I have to screenshot things in order to show proof of transaction while Other Bank Apps provide a Digital Receipt after every transaction, automatically.
