Ratings and reviews

The app seems to have trouble connecting to my Ember 2 mugs. I have three different mugs, and they all experience trouble connecting the majority of the time and require setting the mug to pairing mode. I also no longer get notifications when my drink reaches the set temperature. It used to happen sporadically, but it has now been months since I'm I received a notification, and I have factory reset, re-paired, made sure notifications are on, made sure my watch doesn't mute phone notifications...

Feels like they have one person working on the Android app and a team of people for the iPhone app. It's a shame really. The mug itself is a great product, but the app experience is awful. Completely and utterly inconsistent. Sometimes it works fine for weeks, other times, like currently, it won't even open. I've mostly resigned to not using the app at all, but sometimes it's necessary. Maybe someday they'll give the Android app the attention it deserves, but I'm not holding my breath.

It worked but it was sooo glitch on my old phone, an LG V30. Now it is literally unusable on my Pixel 7. Not exaggerating, I cannot open the app at all. Sometimes it opens for half a second and crashes, but most of the time it is just totally unresponsive when I tap the icon which makes my whole phone lag and unresponsive for a bit. Please fix!!
