This app allows me to see my bill which is very convenient, but for the 3 months I have had the app and Rogers the main page has been down. I haven't been able to view my usage, equipment, and packages. This results in having to make calls in order to resolve any issues (and there has been non stop billing issues). It would be nice if something would work as advertised with Rogers.

The software is years behind, the clarity of the cameras is subpar, the inability to mass delete videos should you choose to do so is annoying, the storage space is insufficient and all this when the app actually works... if it wasn't for the insurance break I would give back the ancient equipment. Yours truly.. 25+ yr customer..

The app is way behind when it comes to accessibility. My husband is with Bell and it's much easier to manage his plan and details compared to Rogers. The app seems like it belongs to some relatively unknown service provider rather than one that belongs to a service provider that is Bell's #1 competitor. Can't even use fingerprints to sign in unlike Bell. What a joke.
